Delete account

You can delete your account at any time, right inside the app, without having to ask anyone.

In the app

  1. Open Cultivae and tap Profile.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Immediately: your account, profile, cloud backup, anything you posted in the community and your subscription status. Copies in server safety backups are gone within 30 days.

We keep only records the law requires, such as access logs (6 months) and a minimal, protected record of transactions and consents. Details in the Privacy Policy.

If you like, also tick Also delete this device’s data to clear your phone.

Never created an account?

Then we hold nothing of yours on our servers. To erase everything from your phone, use Profile › Settings › Delete my data from this device, or simply uninstall the app.

Can’t access the app?

Write to contact@cultivaeapp.com from your account email with the subject Delete account. We may ask you to confirm, to protect you.

What about my subscription?

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, which is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in the store: see how to cancel.
